Ever heard of Powerhooping?
Well, I can tell you it is not the Hoola Hooping as you know it. It truly is POWERhooping. Your core muscles will be worked in every possible way (you’ll know and feel the days after). Great music, great people, this exercise soon became a new favourite of mine thanks to my lovely friend Melanie Koko.
And Melanie is a big fan of Yoga. So why not combine the two?
