What to expect?
The classes range from slow, restorative to more dynamic, Hatha/Vinyasa flow. Each class really depends on the energy level of the group. Some times we might get a little bit more creative and other times we might just want to take it a bit slower. If you are unsure, talk to me 🙂
What to bring?
Most of the gyms provide mats, however, I suggest to bring your own mat if you can and water (and towel if you tend to sweat a lot). You might also want to bring some layers to make your Savasana super comfy.
Do you need to be flexible?
No. All levels are welcome. The most important thing is that you move in a way that is safe and comfortable for your body. After attending a few classes you will soon find out that there is so much more to Yoga than working through poses.
